The Villa
A spacious five-bedroom lakeside home sleeping up to 12 guests, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and open-plan dining area. Ideal for wedding parties, families and groups wanting to stay together and enjoy the property.
Cabin 1
A cosy cabin for two, located closest to the Villa. It includes a queen bed, lake views and a private internal shower.
Cabin 2
A cosy lakeside cabin for two with a queen bed and peaceful views across the property. Shared shower and bathroom facilities are located nearby.
Cabin 3
A cosy lakeside cabin for two with a queen bed and peaceful views across the property. Shared shower and bathroom facilities are located nearby.
Cabin 4
A cosy cabin for two, located closest to the jetty. It includes a queen bed, lake views and a private internal shower.

Check-in / out
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Self check-in details will be provided before arrival.

Bed linen and pillows are provided. Please bring your own towels.

314 Speedy Road, Ashley Clinton — approximately 50 minutes from Hastings. Advance bookings are essential.
On the water
Cable wakeboarding or main lake hire may be added to your stay, subject to availability.
CABIN FACILITIES
The cabins are designed for relaxing and sleeping only. Food is not permitted inside, and there are no kitchen facilities.
